According to the Time of Israel, Defense minister announces ‘complete siege’ of Gaza: No power, food or fuel.
Defense Minister Yoav Gallant says he has ordered a “complete siege” of the Gaza Strip, as Israel fights the Hamas terror group.
“I have ordered a complete siege on the Gaza Strip. There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed,” Gallant says following an assessment at the IDF Southern Command in Beersheba.
“We are fighting human animals and we are acting accordingly,” he adds.
This comes after the IDF enacted the Hannibal directive against their own citizens after an alleged Hamas attack on a music festive held on a border military base.
An arrest warrant was issued for Gallant on 21st November 2024 for War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity. These charges have arisen as Gallant is allegedly responsible for the war crimes of starvation as a method of warfare and of intentionally directing an attack against the civilian population; and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts from at least 8 October 2023 until at least 20 May 2024. Mr Yoav Gallant, born on 8 November 1958, was Israeli Minister of Defence of Israel at the time of the alleged conduct.
It turns out that Israel was completely behind the October 7th attacks.
